Visitors to the boroughs of Bangor, Pen Argyl and Wind Gap, PA will be able to view a series of murals reflecting the people, places and history of the community.

Each mural is dedicated to a feature or time period in the community. "Our Town" in Bangor is a bird's eye view of the community as designed and painted from the view of young children. "Old Home Week" also in Bangor, depicts the historic homecoming festival from 1912, with a view of the people and architecture from that period. Pen Argyl's mural honors the service of local citizens in WWII with a depiction of the troop trains and citizens that passed through town on their way to war. The Wind Gap mural is a scene of the wildlife, plants and trees that might be encountered on the Appalachian Trail nearby.
