Corbett Roebling Suspension Bridge - Downsville, NY

Route 30 entrance coming south from Downsville – Kay Parisi-Hampel

Steel, one lane bridge, based on the same Roebling's design principles as the famous Brooklyn Bridge, the single span built in 1926 crosses the East Branch of the Delaware River south of Downsville, 3 miles. Connects Route 30 with River Road, passes the historic Acid Factory Chimney Park in Corbett.

Accessibility Notes

Single, one lane bridge over the East Branch of the Delaware River from Route 30 to Corbett where the 1912 Acid Factory was located and the chimney has been restored.
