Catskill Distilling Company - Bethel, NY
One of the first Farm Distilleries in the New York state - the Catskill Distilling Company produces award winning spirits across from the Bethel Performing Arts Center and Museum at Bethel Woods where the original Woodstock Festival took place in 1969. Take a tour of the Distillery and enjoy a cocktail in our tasting room at the restored bar from the 1939 World's Fair. You can buy our Spirits which include Peace Vodka, Most Righteous Bourbon, One & Only Buckwheat, Curious Gin, Bosco Monte Vecchio Grappa, Defiant Rye whiskey and other locally made products like local maple syrup from Catskill Mountain Sugar House that has been aged in our used bourbon barrels.
The tasting room hosts musical events and is available for private events and the grounds are dedicated to our Sculpture Park and weekend Bonfire events. Next door, you can enjoy the locally produced fare of our sister restaurant, the Dancing Cat Saloon with a side of live music surrounded by local art and 60's memorabilia from our Stray Cat Gallery, also on site.
